1. General Principles

At ChipieGPL.com, operated by YIMPY LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency in our business practices. However, due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted after purchase, our refund policy is necessarily limited.

This document outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted, the procedure to follow, and the situations in which refunds are not applicable.

2. Scope of the Policy

This Refund Policy applies to:

  • Membership purchases (monthly, quarterly, annual, lifetime).

  • Individual digital product purchases.

  • All transactions conducted via ChipieGPL.com.

3. Eligible Cases for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following two conditions:

3.1 No Download Activity

If the user has not initiated any downloads of the purchased product(s) or membership content within 15 days of purchase, they may request a full refund.

3.2 Product Malfunction

If a product does not function as described, the user may request a refund within 15 days of purchase, provided they:

  • Provide reasonable evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).

  • Allow our support team to verify the issue.

If the malfunction is confirmed and no viable solution is possible, a full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be approved in the following cases:

  • The user has downloaded the product or accessed membership content (except in cases of confirmed malfunction).

  • Incompatibility with the user’s specific hosting environment, server configuration, or third-party software, when the product functions as described in a standard environment.

  • The product does not meet the user’s personal expectations or preferences.

  • Issues arising from modifications made by the user to the original product.

  • Misunderstanding of the GPL license terms (e.g., expecting proprietary rights).

5. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, the user must:

  1. Contact our support team via support@chipiegpl.com within 15 days of purchase.

  2. Provide the order number and registered email address.

  3. Clearly state the reason for the refund request and, if applicable, attach proof of the technical issue.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

If the purchase included multiple items or services and the refund request concerns only part of the order, we may issue a partial refund corresponding to the eligible product(s) only.

7. Membership Cancellations

  • Cancelling a membership does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the unused period.

  • Refund eligibility for memberships follows the same conditions stated in Section 3.

8. Fraudulent Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or repeated refund requests from the same account.

9. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is subject to the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
By making a purchase on ChipieGPL.com, the user acknowledges and accepts the terms of this policy.
