ChipieGPL.com provides digital products distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), including:
Digital downloads of software and resources.
Membership plans (monthly, quarterly, annual, and lifetime).
Individual product purchases with unlimited downloads thereafter.
The rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute are governed by the GPL license attached to each product.
3. Conditions of Use
The user agrees to:

Not use the products for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes.

No additional restrictions shall be imposed beyond those stipulated in the GPL license.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
Payments are processed securely via Stripe using SSL encryption.
Credit card payments are accepted.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).
Published prices include applicable taxes.
YIMPY LLC reserves the right to modify prices, terms, or promotions at any time.
5. Memberships and Download Access
Available plans: monthly, quarterly, annual, and lifetime (one-time payment).
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each contracted period unless cancelled by the user.
While the subscription is active, the user is entitled to unlimited downloads without restrictions for all products available in the catalog.
Cancellation or non-renewal of the membership results in the immediate suspension of download access.
For individual product purchases, the user may download the acquired product without limits while it remains available in the catalog.
6. Refund Policy
A refund request may be submitted within 15 days of purchase only under the following conditions:
No downloads have been made for the purchased product.
The product is defective, and the user provides sufficient proof.
Refunds will not be issued outside these circumstances. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
7. Compatibility and Limitation of Liability
Product compatibility with all environments is not guaranteed, as server and software configurations may vary significantly.
The user is responsible for verifying technical requirements on the official developer’s website before purchase.
YIMPY LLC shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of downloaded products.
8. Intellectual Property
All products offered on the Site are the property of their respective developers.
ChipieGPL.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those developers.
The Site’s own content, design, and materials are the property of YIMPY LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
9. Account Restrictions

Assistance when the purchased product does not function.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
